Shipping from the Netherlands

We ship all our orders from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Your parcel is packed with care and sent to you with a reliable delivery partner.

Processing time

We usually process your order within one to two working days of receiving your payment. Where possible, we ship your order the same day. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next working day.

Delivery time

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with track and trace details so you can follow your parcel. Within the Netherlands your order usually arrives within one to two working days of shipping. All delivery times stated are indicative. They depend on the delivery partner and are not a strict deadline.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order. Above a certain order amount we ship for free; the applicable amount appears automatically in your cart.

International shipping

In addition to the Netherlands, we also ship to selected countries within the European Union. You will see the available destinations, the costs and the expected delivery times at checkout once you enter your address.

Not received or delayed

Is your parcel delayed or has it not arrived? Please contact us via hello@plte.nl with your order number. We will look into it with the delivery partner and make sure you get a suitable solution.
