What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received it, including all original tags and undamaged packaging. For hygiene reasons, socks that have been tried on or worn cannot be returned.
How do I start a return?
- Please send an email to our Client Care at hello.plteofficial@outlook.com with the subject line: “Return Request: #[Your Order Number]” .
- Please indicate in the email which item(s) you wish to return and the reason for return.
- Our team will then give you further instructions for returning your package.
Are returns free?
The customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Do you offer the option of exchange?
The fastest way to exchange a product is to return the original item for a full refund and then place a new order for the desired product. This way, you'll receive your new item as quickly as possible, without the risk of it selling out.
What if my item is defective or incorrect?
We sincerely apologize if you received a defective or incorrect item. Please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery at hello.plteofficial@outlook.com . Please include your order number and a photo of the problem. We will then arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected at our workshop, you'll receive an email from us confirming approval of your refund. Your refund will then be processed, and your original payment method will be automatically credited within 5–10 business days.
